Delivery and returns

Orders will be sent within 24 hours after validation of payment via the chosen carrier (Mondial Relay, Colissimo, Chronopost, ...).
Shipments are made Monday to Friday.
The times mentioned are only for information and in working days.

Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form which can only be in the agreed geographical area. Orders are placed by La Poste via COLISSIMO, delivery service with tracking, delivery without signature, MONDIAL RELAY or CHRONOPOST. Delivery times are given for information only; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the buyer reimbursed. The French Kiss magazine association will be able to provide the buyer with the tracking number of their package by e-mail. The buyer is delivered to his home by his postman or deliveryman. In the absence of the buyer, he will receive a notice from his postman or deliveryman which allows him to withdraw the products ordered from the nearest post office or parcel relay, for a period indicated by the carriers. Transport risks are the responsibility of the purchaser from the moment the articles leave the premises of the French Kiss magazine association. The buyer is required to check in the presence of the La Poste attendant or the deliveryman, the condition of the packaging of the goods and its content on delivery. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
